THE CREATIVE ONLINE MEDIA TEAM
Alan founded Creative Online Media in 2005 after a decade of industry experience gained in key business development roles at well-known Internet Service Providers and Web Design firms. He manages all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business, while also being responsible for business development, partner and supplier management, and product development.

A talented designer and problem solver, Leeanne studied Visual Communication at the University of Ulster's School of Art & Design. Passionate about good design and a web standards advocate, Leeanne has been successfully translating brands to the web since 1998. Leeanne directs all aspects of our creative output, overseeing every project from concept to delivery and beyond.

After graduating university with a degree in mulitmedia design, Louise spent several years as a sucessful working designer before joining Creative Online Media in 2007. Louise's design experience, stellar people skills, and knack for organisation, made her the perfect fit for managing our in-house design and production processes. Louise keeps us all in line, ensuring every project stays on deadline, meets our high standards, and exceeds client expectations.

Steve studied Computer Science at Queen's University and joined Creative Online Media in 2008 as our web applications developer. An open source advocate and Linux enthustiast, Steve is well-versed in several key web programming languages. As our all-round back-end code 'go to' guy, he's about as important a member of our team as you can get.
A graduate of the University of Ulster where he earned a top degree in multimedia design, Peter's design work really stands out from his peers and he is an exciting addition to our growing design team.
Paul joined the team in 2007 from the University of Ulster's BSc. Hons. Interactive Multimedia Design course. His flare for Web Standards compliant XHTML & CSS has made him an integeral part of our team and he's now our resident front-end build expert.

David is a dedicated and enthustiastic young designer who recently joined us from the Interactive Multimedia Design degree course at the University of Ulster. He's quickly established himself as a key member of our team and plays an important role in our front-end build process — working on the XHTML and CSS builds for many of our projects.
